Joseph Vitale is founder and President of Italpasta. Joseph Vitale left his home in Modugno, Bari, a small town in southwest Italy's Puglia region in 1953. Mr. Vitale has more than 30 years experience in the pasta business.

Italpasta uses only 100% pure durum semolina purchased from highly specialized durum wheat millers. It is the combination of high quality semolina, and modern Italian technology that ensures high quality pasta.
