Fitness has become a large part of most
daily lifestyles. In order to maintain a balanced diet you must
involve fitness as a part of your daily regime.
Even if you don't have time for a full workout, there are things
you can do to improve your fitness level. Anything that gets you
moving is a fitness tool. It doesn't have to be an hour at the
gym.
- Climb stairs if given the chance, walk your dog, chase your
kids, play sports with friends or do gardening
- Walk 10 minutes a day to increase your fitness level -Park
the car as far as you can handle and walk to the store
- At the mall park the farthest end and walk the length of the
mall -Remember to keep a positive mental outlook
- Exercise your brain as well as your body
- Try practicing new types of fitness - tai chi or yoga that
help stress levels as well as fitness levels
- Remember to always stretch before and after a workout and
make sure you warm up before and cool down after
