Canelloni:
Large tubular noodles which are stuffed and baked. Italpasta's
Canelloni is Oven Ready which means they do not have
to be boiled in water prior to baking. Great for stuffing
with meat. Available in 250gr boxes.
Manicotti:
A tubular pasta, larger than the Canelloni. Also are
stuffed and baked. Italpasta Manicotti must be boiled
prior to stuffing. Great for stuffed with spinach and
ricotta. Available in 250gr boxes.
Jumbo
Shells:
Extra large stuffing shells, which are boiled, stuffed
and baked. Great for both a meaty recipe and a spinach
and ricotta recipe. Available in 340gr boxes.
