Steps that Italpasta Limited has taken in the previous financial year to prevent and reduce the risk that forced labour or child labour is used at any step of the production of goods in Canada or elsewhere, or of goods imported into Canada include developing and implementing due diligence policies and processes for identifying, addressing, and prohibiting the use of forced labour and/or child labour in the organization’s activities and supply chains.
Italpasta Limited has started the development of processes to identify any potential risks to its activities and supply chains that carry a risk of forced labour or child labour being used. As of this report, no risks have been identified. Italpasta Limited currently has policies and due diligence processes in place related to forced labour and/or child labour in the form of a Supplier Code of Conduct.
Italpasta Limited has not identified any forced labour or child labour risks related to any of its activities and supply chains.
ltalpasta Limited has not identified forced labour or child labour risks in its activities and supply chains. As forced labour and/or child labour has not been identified in Italpasta Limited activities and supply chains, any measures to remediate any forced labour or child labour, and any measures to remediate the loss of income to the most vulnerable families that results from any measure taken to eliminate the use of forced labour or child labour in its activities and supply chains are not applicable. ltalpasta Limited currently has employee policies in place for forced labour and child labour in the active employment handbook. Italpasta Limited regularly reviews its recruitment, hiring, and employment practices to ensure compliance and provides appropriate training to all employees to raise awareness about issues. Italpasta Limited does not currently have policies and procedures in place to assess its effectiveness in ensuring that forced labour and child labour are not being used in its activities and supply chains, however, Italpasta Limited is actively developing policies and procedures.
