Your Pasta of choice
Our commitment to our clients is unwavering. Our expertise is unrivalled. Our attention to detail and tenacious care at every step of the manufacturing process is unmatched to this day.
We pride ourselves on having the highest manufacturing output with the smallest footprint in Canada. Our 140,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility covers eight production lines that output up to 25,000 lbs of pasta per hour, with 17 packaging stations and a state-of-the-art automated palletization system.
From raw materials to the final packaged product, we have complete control. This is how we set ourselves apart. This is how we commit to you every step of the way.
When Italpasta was founded in 1989, it was our mission to create a pasta that not only met, but surpassed the Canadian Food Service industry’s high standards for quality and performance.
We have devoted decades to perfecting our pasta products and ensuring that we stay on top of market trends.
We are committed to using only the finest 100% Canadian durum semolina so our pasta performs best.
With an appealing yellow colour, our pasta products have the highest protein and fibre levels to enhance their delicious taste and performance. This ensures that our pasta is a perfect choice for the demanding and fast-paced Food Service environment.
The Italpasta Difference
SMALL CHANGE, BIG IMPACT
From humble beginnings, our goal has always been to share our love of pasta by manufacturing delicious, high-quality products that can be enjoyed by every Canadian.
This unwavering commitment to quality, community and the planet can be found in our promise to make small but impactful changes to operate more sustainably and reduce our waste footprint.
100% RECYCLABLE PACKAGING
We expanded our sustainability commitment with the goal to fully transition our cellophane window retail boxes and bulk plastic bags to more environmentally friendly materials – ensuring all our packaging will be 100% recyclable by 2030.
Rest assured, what’s inside is still made with love and the finest 100% Canadian wheat.
ZERO WASTE CERTIFICATION
Zero waste goes beyond recycling. It’s a set of values that encourage the redesign of our everyday practices and habits so that all products we make are reused. In December 2016, we proudly achieved our Zero Waste Certification.
All waste material from our pasta production is now either recycled or converted into energy. This small change significantly reduces how much we send to landfills.
