ITALY INSPIRED.

100% CANADIAN.

The story of Italpasta begins many years ago when our founder Joseph Vitale fell in love with food in his mother’s kitchen in Bari, Italy when he was just a little boy. Founded in 1989, Italpasta is still driven by that passion and love for food today.

THE

Italpasta way

Inspired by Italy but proudly 100% Canadian owned and operated, Italpasta has grown to be one of the premiere pasta manufacturers in Canada. Our pasta is made with 100% Canadian wheat recognized the world over as the highest quality and is made right here in Canada with love and care, by our dedicated team of experts.

Commitment to Sustainability

100% Recyclable Packaging

Since 1989, Canadians have looked through the cellophane window on our box packaging to see our pasta shapes. By making a small change and removing the window, our box packaging is now 100% recyclable. Rest assured, what’s inside is still made in Canada with the finest 100% Canadian wheat.

Zero Food Waste

Through 30 years of making our signature pasta brand in Canada, we have sought to provide Canadians with the highest quality pasta made with love and care. We also care deeply about the impact we have, both on households and on the planet.

That’s why we have committed to making small, but impactful changes to operate more sustainably and reduce our waste footprint. And we are empowering you to do the same…

Impress with Less

An easy and impressive feast, this holiday menu is filled with rich and robust flavours with little to no food waste! Consider serving both pasta dishes as appetizers.

“Pasta is made with only 2 ingredients – durum semolina and water. It’s what we do with these 2 ingredients that makes the Italpasta difference.”
