  • Prepare Italpasta Spaghettini; reserve 1/2 cup water before draining.
  • Heat oil in a deep skillet set over medium heat. Add garlic, salt, pepper and hot pepper flakes; cook until golden.
  • Add pasta water; simmer for 1 minute. Toss with cooked spaghettini, parsley and Parmesan.
