|2 cups (500 mL)||prepared Grilled Chicken, Black Bean and Corn Fusilli recipe|
|½ cup (125 mL)||plain fat free Greek yogourt|
|1 tbsp (15 mL)||Italpasta White Wine Vinegar|
|1 tbsp (15 mL)||lemon juice|
|2 tbsp (30 mL)||Italpasta Extra Virgin Olive Oil|
|1 tbsp (15 mL)||honey|
|2 tbsp (30 mL)||freshly chopped basil|
|salt and pepper|
- In a large bowl whisk together Greek yogourt, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, honey and basil. Season dressing with salt and pepper.
- Fold leftover pasta salad into dressing. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
