Linguine alle Vongole

Ingredients

  • 450 g Italpasta Linguine, cooked and drained
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, thinly
  • 1/4 cup capers, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 2 cans baby clams

Instructions

  • Cook onion, tomatoes, garlic and capers with olive oil in a deep skillet set over medium for 5 minutes.
  • Add wine and juice from clams; simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Toss with Cooked Italpasta Linguine, clams and parsley, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve with lemon slices.
