Ingredients
- 450 g Italpasta Linguine, cooked and drained
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon
- 3 tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 3 garlic cloves, thinly
- 1/4 cup capers, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 2 cans baby clams
Instructions
- Cook onion, tomatoes, garlic and capers with olive oil in a deep skillet set over medium for 5 minutes.
- Add wine and juice from clams; simmer for 10 minutes.
- Toss with Cooked Italpasta Linguine, clams and parsley, and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with lemon slices.
