Spaghettini Aglio e Olio
Ingredients
- 450 g Italpasta Spaghettini
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 8 garlic cloves, very thinly sliced
- 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
- 1 pinch hot pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
- Prepare Italpasta Spaghettini; reserve 1/2 cup water before draining.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet set over medium heat. Add garlic, salt, pepper and hot pepper flakes; cook until golden.
- Add pasta water; simmer for 1 minute. Toss with cooked spaghettini, parsley and Parmesan.
